OpenCDL-SK TST WVR - Application for Military Skills Test Waiver
If you just got out of the service and drove a commercial car, you can ask to skip the CDL skills test. Must be filled out by your officer in charge.
B-88 - Application for Waiver of Operator License Fee Because of Active Service in U.S. Armed Forces
You can get a fee waiver for your CT driver's license if you are in the military or were released with honor. Must be signed by the person in charge of you.
B-350 - Request for a Connecticut Drivers License/Identifications Card by Mail
